Cookie Policy

Effective: April 29, 2026 — How Flawk uses cookies and similar technologies.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They help the site work, remember your preferences, and understand how users interact with the service. This Cookie Policy explains how Flawk LLC uses cookies and similar technologies on the Flawk platform.

2. Cookies We Use

CategoryPurpose & examplesRequired?
Essential Session cookies, CSRF protection token, authentication token. These are required for the Service to function and cannot be disabled in our systems. Always on
Functional Remember your preferences (such as language or UI settings) to improve your experience. Always on
Analytics Would help us understand how the Service is used in aggregate. Currently we do not use analytics cookies on the platform. Consent required if added in future
Marketing Would support remarketing or cross-site advertising. Currently we do not use marketing cookies. Consent required if added in future

At present Flawk only uses essential and functional cookies. If we introduce analytics or marketing cookies in the future, we will update this policy and obtain your consent before setting them on your device.

3. How to Manage Cookies

Because Flawk currently uses only essential and functional cookies, you do not need to opt in to use the Service. If you prefer to block or delete cookies, you can do so via your browser settings — see the help pages for Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge. Note that disabling essential cookies will break authentication and core Service functionality.

4. Do Not Track & Global Privacy Control (GPC)

Because we do not track users across third-party sites and do not use advertising cookies, our Service does not respond differently to "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals. Where you visit Flawk with a browser or extension that transmits a Global Privacy Control ("GPC") signal, we treat that signal as a valid request to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act / Privacy Rights Act, even though Flawk does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page and, where required, we will notify you or obtain your consent before setting new categories of cookies.
